Process:
- We'll discuss 1:1 custom leadership coaching focusing on an individual leader to help set and achieve their goals.
- We'll customize and put a system in place focusing on all leaders being effective individually and as a team whether emerging, mid-level or senior level leaders.
- We'll reinforce that system with team coaching where I work with a team to build its effectiveness. Often done with leadership teams, team coaching focuses on individuals, relationships, and the team at the same time.
